After Javaris Crittenton's infamous gun incident with former Washington Wizards team mate Gilbert Arenas last season left both players reputations tarnished it appears the Charlotte Bobcats are prepared to give Javaris another shot (no pun intended). There are no guarantees for Crittenton as this is a limited contract that he has been offered in invitation to Charlotte's training camp. The point guard last season pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor offence after bringing a gun into the Wizards lockeroom (and to think Washington had fought so hard to shed the 'Washington Bullets' name) and he received probation and a 38 game ban to add insult to his suit and tie inducing ankle injury. The former Los Angeles Laker backup will hope his strong backup play will earn him a chance again to play in the NBA.

It seems that there will be no Chinese democracy for Allen Iverson which just leaves the legend of the NBA with more questions ( pun intended). The former scoring champ and MVP's talks with CBA side Foshan Liyuan reached stalemate as A.I.s financial demands were too high. Perhaps Foshan thought Iverson was too old at 35 for such a high price tag or maybe they thought that the Chinese Basketball Association already had enough flashy, volatile former NBA guards with Stephon Marbury Far East. Either way the next chapter of Iverson's career that Starbury was so excited to tweet about has yet to be written. With age and interest from NBA teams not on Iversons side let's hope somebody can get on the same page with him before they close the book on one of the greatest, most unique players basketball has ever seen.

NBA Players carry a lot on their shoulders, pressure, fame, egos (no offence) but it now appears that they'll carry less weight. Adidas who have been the NBA's offical uniform supplier for many years now have brought many changes to the NBA kits but now they take it a step further. At an event in New York City's NBA store featuring guys like Dwight Howard and Jordan Famar Adidas unveil NBA Revolution 30, the lightest and most technologically advanced NBA uniforms ever. These uniforms will be introduced to all 30 teams in the league that will be wearing them this upcoming season. Compared to previous uniforms these will be 30 percent lighter and will dry twice as fast which will ensure the NBA athletes are kept cooler, drier and more comfortable when there playing. These measures will help enhance the performance of NBA stars. Sounds like a welcome improvement. No sweat. These jerseys will have a more skin tight look taking away the previous baggy uniform look (I blame Kanye). I'm sure the shorts will still be more Allen Iverson than John Stockton however and some athletes in this league are so big and built that they'll be able to carry this shrink rap look off. Dwight Howard will carry this look off for one but as for Kevin Martin I'm not so sure.
